Position: Manager, HR And Admin

Vacancy: 02 (Two)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training, placement, follow-up & confirmation, developments etc.
  2. Policy Formulation & Maintaining Employee Relationship
  3. Planning the Employee Performance Improvement
  4. New Candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, interview arranging, joining, placement & orientation
  5. Prepare appointment letter and service bond for new employee
  6. Cross check daily employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance reports for assist prepare salary sheet
  7. Maintain office cleaning, office repair and maintenance issues and relate works
  8. Follow up all employee activities
  9. Prepare different type of notice
  10. Preparing various reports on HR & Administrative works
  11. Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues
  12. Responsible for arrange monthly meeting, Training & development
  13. Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues with professionalism
  14. Manage and update employee personal files
  15. Managing Different types of benefits issues (Like- health insurance, vacation, Eid or yearly benefits bonus, increments)
  16. Coordination and management of various administrative issues
  17. Cross check different types of bill, memo, voucher, requisitions and leave applications
  18. Keeping employee wise leave records and others activities records
  19. End of the day HR all activities submit to managements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of business administration (BBA) preferable Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)

Age: Above 35 Years 

Employment Status: Full-Time

Job Location: Dhaka

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in following areas: Admin and Accounts, Credit and Commercial, Sales and marketing, Purchase, Stock and Customer service.
  • Must have matured personality, excellent communication and Negotiation skills
  • Must be sincere, honest, proactive and well mannered
  • Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing & Social Networking
  • Working experience in the Relevant Track will get priority
  • Who have no experience need not to apply for the position
