Job Description / Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with Client Success Managers to understand and align with client requirements.
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies are employed.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Solid background in project management, particularly within IT or e-commerce industries.
Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, essential for dealing with international teams and clients.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp, Slack, Gantt charts.
