Educational Qualification: HSC/Bachelor/Masters
Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribution and collection of loans.
- Logged in activities, vehicle maintenance and contracts
- Responsible for visiting program participant’s homes to ensure compliance of the rules.
- Responsible for the knowing the schedules of the participants and planning routes daily to visually see them at proper times and places.
- Conducted home visits for participants who have come to know as fair, friendly, caring and also realistic.
- Good at putting people at ease.
- Use the excel spreadsheet daily to track daily activities.
- Able to calm a hostile volatile situation.
- Analyse the field work of NGO.
- Represents professional manner all times.
- Develops and maintains a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues.
- Performs all duties with the highest level of confidentiality
- Takes responsibility for their own professional learning and development.
- Is aware of socio-economic situation and keeps information up-to-date.
