Call for Consultancy Service for Development of an Impact-Based Forecasting and Trigger Mechanism for Flood Anticipatory Action in Bangladesh

Handicap International, an independent non-profit organization with no religious or political affiliation, has worked in Bangladesh since 1997. It supports people with disabilities and vulnerable groups affected by poverty, conflict, and disaster. The organization addresses basic needs, improves living conditions, and advocates for dignity and fundamental rights. Operating as a federation, it unites a network of associations to provide resources, manage projects, and implement actions and campaigns to create lasting impact.
