Officer/Senior Officer (Information Technology Department)
Job Context
HFCL is looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals experience to work in IT Department, to deal with Core Banking Software, Database Software and Operating System.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer related issues;
- Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems;
- Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users;
- Integrate and configure computer networking for best performance;
- Troubleshoot and repair of hardware, operating systems and application;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
- Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes of improvements required;
- Help install and support of all ICT hardware and software;
- Provide overall administrative support to the Senior Management
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
- Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field with no Third (3rd) Division/ Class/ CGPA and at least two First (1st) Division/Class/CGPA.
Age Requirements:
- Not more than 34 years (as on October 15, 2021).
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 Years of experience with Bank/NBFI
Additional Requirements
- Related IT experience in core banking solution is preferable
- Strong command over Core Banking Software, Database Software, Operating System
- Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali & English
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
