Job Context
- HFCL is looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals for working in Financial Administration Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting as per IAS/BAS/IFRS guideline.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and business maintenance with assist of Head of Department
- Look after the accounting and treasury operation as per supervision of Department Head
- Assist business head and senior management to generate / derive income in order to increase shareholders' wealth
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax practice.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division/ Class/ CGPA and at least two First (1st) Division/Class/CGPA. Professional Qualifications like CA/ CMA/ CIMA/ ACCA will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 08 years of experience in Financial Administration Department of Bank/NBFI (Experience will be relaxed for professionally qualified candidates).
Age Limit: Not more than 38 years (as on October 15, 2021). May be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates.
Additional Requirements
- Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali & English.
- Having strong problem-solving, organizational, research and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
