Introduction: Introduction: Guidance International School is a leading English medium institution committed to academic excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team, specializing in Cambridge Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to the abilities of all students, ensuring alignment with the Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Middle Section Grades 1 to Grade 4 (Cambridge Curriculum).
  
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
  
• Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs.
  
• Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages active participation.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
  
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in relevant fields.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum.
  
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum systems.
