Job Context
We are looking for a Manager, (Admin & HR) with Practical experience from Spinning Mills.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, update and implement HR Policy and Job description of employees.
- Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
- Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development, ACR.
- Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues.
- Deal with all HR related issues and Follow up compliance related task as well.
- Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/ compliance auditors.
- Sound knowledge on BLA – 2006 and Amendments, Factories Acts, Fire prevention law and ILO Convention relevant to spinning and Textile.
- Liaison with BTMEA compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
- Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits.
- Monitor, supervise administrative, transport and overall logistic issues as per group policy.
- Monitor the security and safety issues to keep the premises safe and secured.
- Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
- Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all activist and work procedures.
- Initiate any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor / Masters or MBA in HRM from any reputed institute/ University.
- PGDHRM/LLB/LLM will get preference
- Any course on BSCI, WRAP etc. will be deemed as additional qualification.
Experience Requirements
- 12 year(s) work in HR & Admin of Spinning mills with 2-3 years proven experience in the position of Manager.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR & Admin/ Security Management/ Logistic Management, Office Management and Workers Motivation.
- Must have work experiences in Spinning Factories.
Additional Requirements.
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Willing to live and work in factory premises at Mirzapur, Tangail
- Experience in working with reputed Textile Factory will be treated as an added advantage.
- Candidate who is experienced with the Maintenance of Quality Record at any ISO 9001:2008 certified enterprise or has work experienced with Management Representative (MR) of any organization will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and management qualities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail reporting and handle all problems diplomatically.
- Should be appreciated to have patience & competence to work under pressure.
- Must meet the deadline for the assigned mission.
- Strong decision making, quick conflict management ability and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
- Good command in computer literacy and presentation skills.
- Must be well conversant with labor law, labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, NFPA, BNBC, Environmental Law and HR Policies development and implementation especially related to textile Sector.
