Manager, Production (Spinning Mill)
Job Context: We are looking experienced Production Manager (Spinning Mills)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring production performance and quality as per set targets and standards.
- Should have vast knowledge about blended process i.e. PC, CVC, GREY Melange, Tri Blend, 100% Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Slub, Inject, SIRO, Poly Flex and different types of blends.
- Co-ordinate with supply chain team to ensure smooth raw material supply in production line.
- Ensure monthly production target & report making
- Ensure daily machine capacity & manpower planning.
- Fullest utilization of Manpower and Machines to achieve the target efficiency.
- To handle the workers tactfully without breaking the rules and develop employees moral.
- Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives
- Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with management.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX).
Experience Requirements
- At least 08 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management, Blended yarn manufacturing process such as: PC, CVC, GREY Melange, Tri Blend, 100% Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Slub, Inject, SIRO, Poly Flex and different types of blends.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
• Should have a good leadership and should able to handle any situation in production line.
• Fluent in English & sound writing capability is must
• Computer literacy e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is mandatory.
