Manager, Quality Control (Spinning Mill)
Job Context:
We are looking for experienced Manager, Quality Control (Spinning Mills)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct day to day activities to ensure the quality of raw materials received and also to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Should have vast knowledge about process control and quality control for PC, CVC, GREY Melange, Cotton Modal, Cotton Melange, Tri Blend, 100% Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Slub, Inject, SIRO, Ploy Flex and different types of blends.
- Update all quality records and perform internal audit regarding quality issues.
- Handle customer complain, product testing, calibration, etc.
- Accurate documentation of lab results and technical information.
- Monitoring of QC instruments and Calibration of instruments.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation.
- Checking different types of quality parameters on regular basis.
- Support internal & external auditors/stakeholders for exploring relevant quality issues
- Any other tasks given by management.

Educational Requirements
- • B.Sc in textile Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX)
• Skills Required: Computer Operating
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning Mills Production / Operation Management, Quality control Lab, Blended yarn quality control process such as for PC, CVC, GREY Melange, Cotton Modal, Cotton Melange, Tri Blend, 100% Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Slub, Inject, SIRO, Poly Flex and different types of blends.
Additional Requirements
- Must have experience in Quality Assurance/ Control Department Activities.
- Age at least 30 Years.
- Should have a good leadership and should able to handle any situation in production line.
- Fluent in English & sound writing capability is must.
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is mandatory.
