Position: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing)

(Job Level: Mid-Level, Job Context: AAC Blocks & Panels Sales & Marketing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Frequently visit real estate companies, consulting firms, government projects, PWD engineers and Architects.
  • Identify new business opportunities by the acquisition of new customers, dealers and other channel partners.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and develop strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • MBA/Masters from any reputed institution with a good academic background is preferable.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Building Materials industries is mandatory.
  • Experience to work with Govt. Authority, Architects, Consulting Firms and Real Estate Companies are required.
  • Having a motorbike driving license is mandatory.
