Position: Personal Secretary to the Managing Director (Male/Female)

Job Description:

  • Check mail of MD and go through minutely for the next course of action and present it timely to MD.
  • Writes error-free, eloquent emails and letters for various events and announcements.
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
  • Manage and maintain the MD's appointments and travel schedules.
  • Daily update to the MD on his upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of replies. • Ensure all travel arrangements for the MD's daily, in-country and overseas.
  • Provide a professional service that is in line with the MD's work habits and preferences, as well as carryout other assigned jobs.
  • Ready to travel with MD both in-country and overseas when required.

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputed University in Bangladesh.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in similar position.

Age: 20-30 Years
