Job Responsibilities

  1. To train and to supervise the activities of Assistant Accounts Offers (AAO)
  2. To ensure the accountability of AAO under supervision and to take the responsibility of their performance
  3. To periodically check and verify books of accounts of branch offices.
  4. To verify bills & vouchers of branch offices and to ensure expenses are incurred as per budget.
  5. To visit branch offices periodically and to submit report to Deputy Director (F&A).
  6. To verify and analyze AIS & MIS reports, identify anomalies, and take necessary corrective actions.

Educational Qualification and experience: Candidate must have BBA/BBS and MBA/MBS in Accounting from any recognized university. Candidates should have at least 3 years practical working experience in the same position in any financial institutions. Candidates having experience in micro-finance organization will get priority

Skills and experiences

  • Good oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
  • Should be familiar with different types of communication and skilled at developing appropriate documents.
  • Must have good command on computer application like MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Should be familiar with email management, social media, messaging, and video conferencing applications
  • The candidate should be able to critically analyze various financial statements and reports   
  • Should be ready to travel frequently.

Salary-Allowances and other benefits: Monthly gross salary BDT 40,000/- (negotiable for highly experienced candidates) and other benefits like 3 festival bonuses, CPF, Gratuity fund, Security benefit fund, Mobile bill, Conveyance allowance, subsidized lunch & night stay allowance as per policy of the organization.
