Territory Sales Manager/ Territory Sales Supervisor


Job Location: Dhaka/North/Chattogram

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure the excellence in execution in developing the growth strategy.
  • Ensure that the business objective in the respective area is met.
  • Lead, manage, develop and assess sales team.
  • Monitor the activity to bring success and personal fulfilment for the team.
  • Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company’s activity.

TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales managerial position in FMCG.
  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • Ownership; make decisions decisively & accountable.
  • People oriented; passion about developing people via empowerment.
  • Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Mind set up for frequent travelling is mandatory as the position is based on field.
