YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure the excellence in execution in developing the growth strategy.
- Ensure that the business objective in the respective area is met.
- Lead, manage, develop and assess sales team.
- Monitor the activity to bring success and personal fulfilment for the team.
- Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company’s activity.
TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales managerial position in FMCG.
- Graduation from any discipline.
- Ownership; make decisions decisively & accountable.
- People oriented; passion about developing people via empowerment.
- Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Mind set up for frequent travelling is mandatory as the position is based on field.
