Milk Collection Executive

Job Location: Rangpur

POSITION’S MISSION:

• Achieving quantity according to demand by ensuring quality and cost
  
• Achieving the consistency & improvement in collection, Chilling Centre operation as well as coaches and develops team.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Recruit, manage and develop milk collection team.
  
• Collect/ procure milk as per business need and ensure the quality of the milk during procurement
  
• Prepare plan, budget etc for milk collection and operations of Chilling centre’s, Local
  
• Arrange teach /train the staff/farmers about advance development knowledge on dairy science
  
• Work with Milk Sourcing manager to fix the price of raw milk, local carrying cost, Collection Point opening
  
• Ensure the smooth financial operation for milk procurement and secure farmer payment policy

TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Education in B. Sc/ M. Sc in Dairy science or Animal husbandry Completed from any reputed University
  
• 1-2 years Experience in relevant field and Knowledge of Dairy / agro/ rural
  
• Experience/mindset of the remote area personnel managing Farmer, local communities, NGO etc
  
• Has a good reactivity of people management, realize their culture in rural side
