GOLDEN PALACE is a distinguished hotel known for delivering outstanding hospitality and providing unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Hotel Hotel Operation Manager to oversee the entire operation, lead our team, and drive strategic growth.

Hotel Operation Manager

Job Summary: The Hotel Operation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. This role requires a seasoned leader with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the guest experience, drive revenue, and maintain profitability.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance to ensure a high level of service and operational standards.
  • Maintain close attention to guest feedback and take corrective actions to continually improve guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring effective cost control and maximizing revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust business strategies to stay competitive.
  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold the hotel’s brand values and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior management role within the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and operational success in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial statements and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
