2. Basic Requirement:
Education: Minimum Graduation from any govt. recognized university in Civil Engineering.
Age: Maximum age 40 years (as on 06 December 2022)
Experience: Minimum 3 years (experience with only evidence and relevance will count). Sound knowledge in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) Microsoft word, excel, access, PowerPoint, internet browsing and good command in English will be given priority.
Preference: GN Bangladesh strongly encourages qualified female candidates to apply.
3. Contract Information:
Salary and Others: Salary Package for this role is 53,000-55,000 BDT (Consolidated)
Contract Period: Annual basis contractual position with 03 months’ probation period. Extension depends on probation and yearly performance evaluation.

Primary Responsibilities |
- Understanding of design and construction thoroughly; Must have ability to handle a project
- Coordinate the productions of all construction documents (e.g. drawings, technical specification, bill of quantities, list of furniture & equipment etc. for tender process and construction permit)
- Coordinate callings of tenders and take part in technical and evaluation of received bids
- Prepare & facilitate contract agreement for signing between bidder and GNB as per specific conditions, analysis of contract agreement & contract rate.
- Monitor and inspect progress of construction works, by making regular follow up visits to construction sites in order to ensure that construction works are performed within the agreed deadlines.
- Certify all payments, ensure safety security of the construction area
- Ensure the quality of construction materials & proper disposal of wastage
- Negotiation with local and govt. level technical person and report to authority.

Secondary Responsibilities |
- Quality of construction materials used and proper curing & nurturing of construction.
- Proper communication with vendors and contractors. Regular correspondents with Head office.
- Support to motivate of construction company, community people and other stakeholders in order to implementing the project activities effectively and efficiently.
- Provide information and data as per need of the report preparation for donors and respective authorities.
- Arrange MOU signing with various stakeholders and prepare all type of contractor rate by analysis.
- Control wastage of material in job in progress.
