Job Responsibilities

• Provide information to the students about different foreign college and university (like subject, semester, tuition fee etc.).
• Provide accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
• Check all necessary papers of the students.
• Help to fill up admission form and other related papers.
• Provide admission information which can lead to student VISA or Visit Visa.
• To prepare students mentally and face to face interview.
• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
• Correspondence with respective college / university.
• Provide guideline to the Jr. Counselors and others.
• Monitoring performance of the Jr. Counselors.
• Make arrangement so that all local/international mails/parcels/official documents are received, registered and dispatched properly and passed to respective department/person ensuring no documents/mails are lying unattended.
• Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign representatives.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
