Job Context

Global Shoes Limited is a 100% export-oriented footwear manufacturing Company in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities 

• Import/export process & commercial activities with different authorities Government and Private Banks. 
•  Should be able to compose all kinds of banking correspondence for L/C and loan.
• Export documentation, L/C or sales contract formalities, proforma invoice, commercial invoice.
• Monitoring & tracking various stages of import.
• Customer PI checked with HS code.
• Co-ordinate and resolve any disputes with different authorities of Government, C&F agent, Banks, Forwarders and Transportation firms on time.
• Knowledge of L/C opening with EDF, Cash, BTB, UPAS, Deferred LC, Cash incentives.
• Correspondence with suppliers/banks/C&F/other stake-holders.
• Prepare documents for bank negotiation as per terms and conditions of the export L/C.
• UP –Follow up for Export.
• Maintaining detailed purchase and pricing records for Accounts/Costing Department.
• UP from Custom Authority.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
• Preference will be given having M. Com/MBA
• Educational qualification will be relaxed in practical experienced candidate

Professional Experience Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• 10-to-12-year(s) work experience as Sr. Commercial and 5 year(s) exclusive work experience in footwear sector.
• Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents related with Bank, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders, Imports through L/C & T/T etc.
• Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and Bonded warehouse, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, UP, NBR & other authority.
• Should have expertise about Customs law and regulations about Import & Export, Customs Audit and be capable to negotiate with Customs Bond Department.
• Highly Practical experience about EXP, CO, GSP, REX, B/L and other documents related with commercial responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of costing principles for billing and importing raw materials.
• Expert in In Bond, Ex Bond & Bond License handling.

Skills & Expertise

• Excellent Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Experienced person having knowledge of Chinese language will be given preference
• Bond Licensing

Salary

• Minimum 70,000.00 maximum based on experience
