We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager – Student Counseling and Business Development to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and achieve monthly student recruitment and business development targets.
• Develop and implement cold-calling and follow-up strategies to generate new leads.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of student counselors.
• Oversee the entire student journey — from counseling, file opening, and admissions to visa processing, ticketing, and post-admission support.
• Ensure accurate information and excellent customer service are delivered to every student.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education consultancy industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must be comfortable with periodic targets, cold calls, follow-ups, and handling the entire admission cycle.
