Position: Business Manager

A successful NGO in health service delivery to children is making the transition from donor recipient NGO to a commercial model. The organization is looking for a Business Manager to lead the transition phase for 1 year contract.

Job Location: Banani, Dhaka.

The transition phase is:

Stage 1 of cost recovery in the private sector is now underway.

Stage 2 is the franchising of clinics to existing staff.

Stage 3 is the operation becoming financially self sufficient and no longer an NGO.

The strategy is to be in balance financially: not to generate surplus profits.

We will continue to be socially responsible in treating them who are unable to pay.
