Walk for Life is a program of The Glencoe Foundation. Since 2009, it is Bangladesh's Sustainable Clubfoot Program that provides treatment to children born with clubfoot disability by the Ponseti Method that does not require invasive surgery. Bangladesh leading the world in successful treatment of Clubfoot Disability through Walk for Life program. For this program we would require several items through the year, Walk for Life requests price quotation for the following goods in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Minimum required qualifications of the service provider (Please attach the following documents with your RFQ):

  • Registration certificate/ trade license.
  • Vat/ TAX Registration.
  • BIN (Business identification number).
  • Materials samples.
  • List of clients.
