The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federal enterprise with worldwide operations. GIZ supports the German Government in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ has been working as a development partner of Bangladesh since 1972 under bilateral agreement. Currently, we are working in the areas of renewable energy, Sustainable Urban Development, private sector development and technical education, biodiversity, as well as good governance and displacement.

GIZ invites reputable companies to submit offers to supply the following categories of goods:

The minimum qualification of interested vendors can be determined by the followings:

1. The organisation must have the latest business registration certificate along with the VAT and TIN certificate.
   
2. The supplier must be a Cisco Gold Partner/Seller and provide the relevant certificate/authorisation letter.
   
3. The supplier must have a minimum of five years of experience in selling, installing, and configuring Meraki products for multinational/internation organization. Relavent proof of document will be required.
   
4. In case of RMA, the supplier must be able to manage the return of faulty or damaged devices to Cisco, collect the replacement units from their (suppliers) foreign branch/partner office and deliver them to GIZ Bangladesh. Please note that Warranty claims/RMA will be initiated by GIZ and initial delivery address will be suppliers foreign branch/partner office.
   
5. Payment terms: No advance payment will be made.

1. When you submit the quotation, please quote the price including TAX and mention the VAT separately.
   
2. Supporting documents of the minimum qualification such as a copy of a valid trade license, VAT, TIN certificates, Tax Return certificates, valid authorization certificate, and any other document, etc. (as applicable).

Failing to fulfil the minimum qualification and submit required documents as per instructions may cause disqualification of the supplier.
