The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federal enterprise with worldwide operations. GIZ has been working as a development partner of Bangladesh since 1972 under bilateral agreement. Currently, we are working in the areas of renewable energy, adaptation to climate change, textile and leather sector, biodiversity, as well as good governance, displacement, and migration.
The purpose of the terms of reference for the assignment is to request proposals from a reputed Company/Photography Firm to provide support in photography and editing for the documentation and reporting project wise.
GIZ is looking for a suitable Consulting firm/organization to provide “83489205_Photography Services” which has extensive working experience in this field with the following competencies:
- The tenderer must be a legal entity duly registered in Bangladesh and must maintain a fully functioning workstation with sufficient infrastructure and resources to support its operations effectively.
- The house should have a team of at least 2-3 expert photographers specialised in climate, urban and biodiversity sector with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and substantial experience in photography of nature, landscapes, urban environment and city landscapes, (marine) biodiversity conservation, river pollution, marginalized communities, social inclusion, livelihood activities.
- Experience in serving international organisations especially GIZ Bangladesh will be considered as an asset.
- The house should have at least 3 positive references/evidence (preferably in the similar area of expertise/service provision).
- Knowledge, understanding and working experience in climate change, sustainable urban development, biodiversity, socio-economic context of climate migrants, green city, clean city, etc will be an advantage. The house needs to adhere to professional photography standards, ethical guidelines, and client confidentiality
- The below specified qualifications represent the requirements to reach the maximum number of points in the technical assessment.

- Company Portfolio including sample of works
- Technical -methodological concept
- Work Plan
- List of current client companies being serviced by the company
- All up-to-date Trade License document, with Tax Certificate
- Detailed CV of Proposed Expert/Experts

- Financial offer (In Separate Envelop)

- Instructions and schedule are mentioned in the tender documents
