Expression of Interest (EOI)

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federal enterprise with world wide Operation. GIZ supports the German Government in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ has been working as a development partner of Bangladesh since 1972 under bilateral agreement. Currently, we are working in the areas of renewable energy, adaptation to climate change, private sector development and technical education, biodiversity, as well as good governance and displacement.

GIZ Bangladesh going qualified service providers for the maintenance of security door with ballistic protection installed at its facilities in Dhaka.

Scope of Work:

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Routine inspection and maintenance of security door with ballistic protection
• Emergency repair and troubleshooting services
• Replacement of parts (if required) with original or approved components
• Ensuring the operational integrity and security functionality of the doors at all times
• Compliance with safety and security protocols (ensuring all work is performed by qualified personnel)
• Client training and support (offering periodic training if required)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining security doors with ballistic protection
• Valid trade license, VAT, and TIN registration
• Proven track record of similar services in corporate, diplomatic, or development sector premises
• Capability to provide emergency services within short notice
• Technical personnel with experience in handling specialized security systems

Interested service providers are requested to submit their EOI along with the following documents:

1. Company profile
2. Relevant experience with client references
3. Copy of valid trade license, VAT and TIN certificates
4. List of technical personnel with brief qualifications
5. Any additional certifications related to security systems (if available)
