Climate Resilient Inclusive Smart Cities (CRISC) Project, GIZ requires the services from a competent organization/consultancy firm to support the month-long ward-level citizen consultation service/public hearing at ward level in the designated 15 wards in Sirajganj Paurashava focusing on sharing as well as getting feedback on physical features data/maps on master plan preparation, local development challenges and recommendation of the respective citizens for improvements within their locality.
The competent organization/consulting firm should provide the following documents:
- A brief technical proposal on the understanding of the TOR (NOT MORE THAN 05 PAGES), detailed CVs of the experts mentioned in the ToR (NOT MORE THAN 02 PAGES), and necessary vat document (If applicable).
- Financial Offer (as per provisions mentioned in the TOR) in a separate sealed envelope.
Interested parties can collect the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) and Assessment Grid by email through contract-bangladesh@giz.de.
Interested parties with relevant and proven experience shall Submit Technical and Financial Proposal by 08 February 2023 in separate sealed. The envelopes shall be addressed to “Contracts, Procurement & IT Unit” denoted with remark “83430594-Sirajganj Paurashava ward-level public hearing facilitation service.
