The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is our main commissioning party, but we also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade.
GIZ invites reputable consulting companies to assess the existing curriculum of Textile Diploma Institutes on social and ecological sustainability topics based on an industry need assessment. The minimum qualification of interested consulting companies should be:
- Work experience in the education sector of Bangladesh, specifically with Textile Diploma Institutes, the textile industry and government agencies
- Knowledge in social and ecological sustainability in the textile sector of Bangladesh and in sustainable corporate management
- Expertise in curriculum assessment, its tools and techniques
- Professional background in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and data analysis
- Work experience with GIZ or other international development agencies will be an asset
Companies with these pre-requisite qualifications can collect the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) and relevant documents by email through contract-bangladesh@giz.de until 29th September 2021.
