The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is our main commissioning party, but we also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade.
GIZ invites Technical and Financial Proposals from individual consultant to develop business plan for the National Health Safety Training and Research Institute (NOHSTRI) under Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE). The minimum qualification of interested consultant can be determined by followings:
- The consultant to be assigned for the assignment should have minimally ten (10) years of experiences in providing technical support for organizational development and more specific business plan development
- The consultant to be assigned for the assignment should have well understanding about the structure of training institutions in Bangladesh
- The consultant to be assigned for the assignment preferably should have prior work experience/s with GIZ
- The consultant to be assigned for the assignment is able to use innovative, participatory methodology for conducting event for the adult participants
- The consultant to be assigned for the assignment should have experiences to work with multicultural environment and with international expert
- The consultant must have prior understanding about the government structure of Bangladesh
