The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is our main commissioning party, but we also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade.
For this specific assignment, the commissioning is by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). GIZ invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable Energy Service Providers seeking to provide Electrical load measurement at industrial facilities at various locations in Bangladesh. The minimum qualification of interested Energy Service Provider can be determined by followings:
- Be licensed to operate on industrial electrical system;
- Have experiences with conducting electrical load measurements from different power supply sources (Natural Gas Turbines, Diesel Generators, Grid supply);
- Have proper electrical measurement equipment required for the assignment (data recorded at 1-minute interval) and measure load profiles of different power supply sources separately;
- Have the capacity and equipment to provide multiple load measurements (at least at 03 different sites) at the same time;
- Have the capacity to record, monitor, access and deliver live measurement data via internet interface would be a plus;
- Currently have office, local representative or business partner in Bangladesh.
