Selection of a national eligible firm for " Development of Communication and Knowledge Management Strategy and Outreach Plan for Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA) "
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an International cooperation enterprise owned by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for sustainable development with worldwide operations. The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme (REEEP II) is a joint undertaking of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MPEMR), Government of Bangladesh, implemented by GIZ. Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA) is the Government Counterpart of REEEP II.
REEEP II is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from Bangladeshi eligible firms to Development of Communication and Knowledge Management Strategy and Outreach Plan for SREDA with local and international experts. The eligible firm/ contractor must have adequate qualification and experience required to develop such Strategy and Outreach Plan for (SREDA, and also to provide necessary orientation and training to SREDA to implement the strategy.
The Terms of Reference (ToR), Bidding Documents and mailing address is to be collected through emailing to contract-bangladesh@giz.de with the subject line “83331225_CKM Strategy.”
The EOI along with i) Cover letter, ii) A portfolio in support of the qualification and experience of the firm, iii) Certificate of completion of CKM Strategy, iv) CV of experts to be engaged with the proposed work; v) Proposed timeline with task breakdown; vi) Financial proposal with and other relevant documents (TIN,VAT etc), according to ToR, is to be submitted by 15 hrs, local time on or before 31.08.2019. A pre-bid meeting regarding the project proposal submission for the prospective relevant experienced bidder will be held on 25.08.2019
