Job Description / Responsibility:

• Maintain close connectivity as a professional relationship with doctors/chemists.
• Evaluate and update sales methods for optimal success.
• Exchange product-related information with customers.
• Develop and implement strategies for product presentation.
• Record and monitor sales activity and market information.
• Generate prescriptions and collect orders from pharmacies to achieve sales targets.
• Create new accounts by reaching out to potential customers and networking with KOL professionals.

Educational Requirements:

• B. Pharm / M. Pharm from any reputed University.
• Suitable Academic background in Oncology, Hematology, and Hepatology.
• Academic qualifications may be considered for experienced candidates in the above fields.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 years.
• Innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both Bengali & English.
• Clear understanding of Communication, Leadership & Strategic thinking skill.
• Good computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years or more experience in the relevant field.
