Job Description / Responsibility:

• Provide leadership to team members by understanding and communicating business strategy and priorities
• Responsible for development, execution, and overall team performance
• Training and development support for team members to ensure high competencies and individual development and growth
• Analysis of execution by team against business plan and KPIs to identify issues, barriers and best practices

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/ Masters in any discipline, preferably science up to HSC

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Clear understanding about Communication, Leadership & Strategic thinking skill

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
