Genuity Systems is looking for some competent Call center executive (Agent) to support International client. An excellent call center executive must have English speaking skills with standard pronunciation.





Position : Call Center Executive (Agent).
Organization : Genuity Systems Ltd.
Educational Qualification : O/A Level, Graduate (If comply English speaking skills)
No. of Vacancies : 5 (Five)
Job Responsibility:
  • To support international clients.
  • To handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.

Experience Requirements:
  • Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
  • Has to be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
  • Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
  • Should have excellent communication skill.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs.

Job Location : Bangladesh Office (Dhaka)
Salary : Smart salary for smart candidate.
