Genuity provided services include but not limited to Contact Centre solutions, IVR solutions, AI Voice/Chat bot solutions, Mobile Banking apps, Mobile applications, Smart Business Phone solutions, advance IT training and BPO services.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading & training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
• Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to communicate with our US based client.
• Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.
• Candidates have to work between 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday even on Govt Holidays.

Job Requirements

• A Level or Bachelor degree in any discipline (Fluency in English speaking & writing is mandatory).
• Preferred Training/Trade Course: Telemarketing/ Call Center/ Customer Care.
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
• Superb verbal communication, interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite.

Educational Requirements

• A Level, Graduate (If you have English speaking skills)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an international Call Center.
• Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
• Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
• Should have excellent communication skill with Customer service etiquette.

Working Hours

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekly: 5 days.
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
