Position : Executive, Customer Care

Educational Qualification : O Level/ A Level/ Graduate (English background)
No. of Vacancies : 5 (Five)
Job Responsibility :
  • Candidates will have to handle Inbound/outbound calls from/to different part of the world.
  • To ensure customer support politely and smartly.
  • Capable to handle customer queries/complaints with care and patience.
  • Candidates will have to provide online customer care services over web-chat and email.
  • Willing to work at Day/Night Shift.
  • Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team members.

Additional Requirements :
  • Must have excellent communication skill in English.
  • Age below or equal to 30 year(s).
  • Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good speaking and listening skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking.
  • Needed to have tricky customer convincing technique.
  • Patient and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude towards coworkers and customers and self motivated.
  • Able to work with multiple web-based computer programs i.e. MS Word, MS-Excel, Email and online browsing.
  • Experienced call center agents will get preference.
  • Spoken knowledge of Hindi will get additional preference.
