Position: Executive/Senior Executive, Finance

Number of Vacancy: 01

Job Context: The Executive/Senior Executive, Finance will report to the Head of Finance & Feasibility. In general, the incumbent will be responsible to assist the team in performing their activities smoothly by playing her/his part in the activities like,

  • Preparation of different periodic / ad-hoc reports
  • Maintaining relationship with different stakeholders
  • Maintaining different logs on group’s asset & liability position, cash position, cashflows, receivables & payables etc.

In this context, we need dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive finance professional who has work experience in similar ground.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationship with outside stakeholders like Banks / NBFIs / Insurance Companies etc. as well as exchange documents and information with them.
  • Maintain relationship with inside stakeholders like other Departments, Business Units etc. as well as exchange documents and information with them.
  • Assist in budgeting and take part in monitoring the implementation of the same.
  • Assist in activities like cash management, payroll management, receivables and payables management etc.
  • Keep documents/records of Asset, Liability and Equity components of the group.
  • Keep records of bank transactions, investments, credit cards, directorship status etc. of the key persons of the group.
  • Assist in preparation of Bank Liability positions etc.
  • Assist in reconciliation of Bank positions, inflow-outflow volume etc. Also bringing required A/c statements, certificates form the Financial Institutions.  
  • Assist in feasibility study existing businesses / new ventures.

Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Finance from any reputed university.
  • 2 to 3 years work experience in similar jobs is preferable.
  • Excellent working proficiency in MS-Excel and workable knowledge in PowerPoint.
