Position:
Senior System Administrator (Equivalent of Assistant Manager, IT)

Responsibilities
- Support Windows Server 2012/2008/2010 R2 in a highly-Virtualized Citrix & MS Hyper-V Environment Focused on: MS SQL Server
- Office 365 Environment including; Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business, OneDrive, etc.
- Manage Next-Generation Firewall like Fortgate/Sophos etc.
- Administer & Manage virtualization environments like VMware, Hyper-V, vSAN.
- Install new server hardware and software per standard operating procedures.
- Provision and support servers for the development and QA of applications created by other teams and divisions.
- Maintain and understand systems, regulatory requirements, and security interdependencies of hosting systems.
- Participate in system disaster recovery tests, in accordance with company policy, to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Actively participate in hardware and software configuration and change management processes.
- Monitor and maintain firmware levels on server and storage components across the enterprise.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Experience Implementing and Supporting Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Manage Active Directory for 250+ User Environment (OU admin., Group Policy mgmt.).
Requirements:
- Experience Building, Deploying, and Hardening Windows Servers.
- Strong Knowledge on RAID Configurations and Disk Management Utilities.
- Demonstrated Experience on Designing High-Availability Systems (Application servers, database servers, Virtualization clusters).
- Demonstrated Experience on Designing Microsoft Exchange Architecture (On-prem/Online).
- Demonstrated Experience with Architecture and Implementation of Azure Services (Azure AD, Virtual Data Center Design).
- Hyper-V: Demonstrated Experience with Design/Implementation of Hyper-V Cluster.
- Demonstrated Experience on w/Design & architecture of Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Professional certification:
- Microsoft, RedHat Linux and other certification will get preference.
Experience:
- 3-7 years relevant experience in a reputed Group of Company.
