Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Look after Dhaka Branch operation including ATM, CIT, Teller, CPC & Vault operations
  
• Maintain and Manage: Fleet operation, Invoice & Roster
  
• Manage Branch Security as per Group Recommendations
  
• Ensure compliance per Reconciliation and Operational Cash Control (ROCC) and maintain all records per ROCC controls.
  
• Analyzing and Maintaining the Mandatory Security Principle (MSP’s) for Cash operations.
  
• HR Management for Dhaka Cash
  
• Look after Dhaka Control operation
  
• Prepare reports as per requirements of Branch, Financial, Group/Region and H&S
  
• Maintain Customer relationship, Handle customer complaints/concerns and resolving the customers’ queries.
  
• Ensure CS Training for all employees per ROCC and MSP.
  
• Cash Disbursement and Cash Forecasting Management for ATM operations

Skills & Qualification:

• Experience: Preferably 5 years in Bank (ATM operation).
  
• The ideal candidate will be well organized, self driven & service oriented
  
• Must be proficient in computer
  
• Age not over 40 years. Flexible in special cases.

Education:

• Minimum a Graduate from any reputed University having no 3rd class in educational background.
