Purpose of the position:

To efficiently manage the Manned Service Business operations with a focus on aggressive sales & service approach aligned with company business goals. This is a very exciting yet challenging role and a great opportunity to be part of a global organization experiencing rapid growth phase.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Demonstrating competency in man management and conflict resolution.
• Developing and communicating a clear vision and comprehensive strategies that will generate the required changes for the business to ensure its long term profitability and sustained growth.
• Directing formulating and/ or approving policies processes and procedures on service quality and pricing with a particular focus on customer relationship.
• Planning, preparing and monitoring the business plan and budget, driving superior performance in order to achieve organic growth, improve gross margins and PBITA and ensure sustainable profitability.
• Delivering financial returns, adhering to brand values and being organized as the leader in providing security solutions in the market.
• Managing and ensuring excellent customer relations and thereby establish long term partnerships and high levels of customer retention.
• Ensuring development and application of best practice policies and operating practices throughout the operation, to minimize operational risk.
• Identify safety risk exposure and ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent death and injury.
• Managing staff performance by motivating, training, coaching and mentorship.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Group policies and procedures.
• Readiness to work at any critical situation

Skills & Qualification:

• The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-driven.
• At least 10 years’ experience man management and operation
• Commercial endeavor i.e., Sales and Marketing capacity in service sector is also required
• Age not over 50 years

Educational Requirements: Master’s degree from any reputed University having no 3rd class in educational background.
