Position Title: Deputy Manager (Civil)

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

• To do the coordination of construction activities for the projects (among project Engrs., Consultant, Accts dept., Supply chain etc) running all over Bangladesh under GM, Construction.
• To do the all sorts of documentation like, filing, corresponding, checking drawings, keeping records of bills and work order copy etc. properly.
• Supervise day to day construction works as assigned by superior.
• Giving engineering support and decisions or arrange so to site level from consultant and superior.
• Making construction plan and schedule of projects.
• Day to day Reporting/updating to superior.
• To do engineering design/drawing (as required by site).
• Preparing, checking and Authenticate Estimate, rate analysis and BOQ of various project/job
• Preparing ,checking and authenticate Contractor’s bills
• To do tender documents, work schedule, work order, CS and others documentation jobs.
• To assign day to day work to the subordinate engineers.

Education / Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engg. Only from Public Universities, Having IEB Membership.
• Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
• Capable to supervise a multiple construction project independently.

Experience: At least 8 to 12 year(s) experience in the following area(s): Construction industry, Group of Industries having multiple construction projects.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 32 year(s).
• Dynamic, self-starter, proactive, analytical, team player with strong leadership quality.
• Capable to frequent travel and out door visit.
• Interpersonal skills and sound communication skills is essential.
• Literacy in Design software, AutoCAD, Microsoft project etc.
