Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Foundation and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Bangladesh invite proposals from experienced individuals/firms to conduct a study on" Opportunities and Challenges of Textile/Garment Recycling in SME Clusters: An Environmental and Sustainability Perspective."

The study aims to explore the environmental and sustainability dimensions of textile/garment waste recycling in SME clusters supported by the SME Foundation. The study emphasizes the intersection of climate resilience, economic empowerment, and inclusive policy reforms.

Proposal Requirements:

• Expression of Interest (EOI), Technical & Financial Proposal: As per the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to review the attached ToR carefully before submission.
• Legal & Supporting Documents: (e.g., Tax Identification Number - TIN, Business Identification Number BIN, Tax Return Acknowledgement, Trade license etc. which are available)
