Requirements

Education

  • B.Sc in EEE / ME / ETE / ECE from any reputed university. Educational qualifications may be relaxed in terms of really deserving candidates.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years. Should have strong experience in Air Condition, VRF, Chiller Electrical/ Electromechanical Equipment sales in corporate / factory / industry.
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be target oriented

Job Responsibility:

  • VRF AC, Chiller and HVAC products selling.
  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels.
  • Meeting sales target.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary: BDT 40,000 plus. (Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, capacity and capabilities)
  • Others facility: Eid bonus, commission on achieved sales target
