Request for Expression of Interest from Consultants for developing FPAB HR module for deliver the organization’s human resources (HR) agenda. Introduction Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB), the Member Association of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) recognizes that sexual rights are human rights and working to ensure Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), Family Planning Services, HIV/AIDS, Climate Change, Violence Against Women. Currently, FPAB is providing specialized medical services through its 21 comprehensive SRH clinics, 72 Family Development Centers, and about 1260 community-based health workers. Every year FPAB is serving directly and indirectly to about 5 million people in Bangladesh and contributing 5% in the national family planning program. Purpose and Objectives of Hiring Expert/ Consultant: FPAB is looking for the service of a HR policy development consultant to develop some areas in its HR manual. The consultant will closely work with FPAB team to develop the expected manual. The consultant will develop and submit the manual. ToR as follows:
Eligibility Criteria
Payment Modality: Payment will be provided upon sign of the contract, 20% after acceptance of the draft report 40% and all payment will be given after submission the final report. The applicants are also requested to clearly explain the formulas for calculation of the final eligible amount. All cost must include appropriate VAT/TAX as per rules.
