This is an Australian Company located in Dhaka where you will be working for our Australian clients work as a back office from Dhaka via online and using software and applications.
Job Description / Responsibility
Learn all areas of personal and commercial loan for different banks
Collect supporting documents from applicant as per the bank requirements
Review & analyse income documentation and advise clients accordingly
Complete online loan application and submit online
Manage applications from approval through to settlement ensuring any deadlines and customer expectations are met
Ensure compliance procedures have been followed
Assist with data entry & office responsibilities including general customer service tasks
Keep our CRM updated for each client and application through timely updating of notes and attachments
Complete client annual reviews and proactively identify and refer opportunities to the Directors
Contact clients via phone/email to maintain relationships & build rapport, as well as inform & deliver necessary
communication.
