Job Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, Access Control, Attendance System, IP surveillance system, IPPBX, DNS system DHCP, etc.
• Troubleshooting, configure, and maintain in windows server, Linux server, VPN, AD, VMware.
• Monitor networks to ensure that all networks are available to all system users.
• Perform network troubleshooting and analysis of servers, workstations, OS, and associated systems.
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring email applications.
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Develop and follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
• Certified CCNA / MTCNA is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in the related field

Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and Active Directory server.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, VLAN, VPN, IPv4, NMS, SIP, etc.
• Experience in design, deploy & manage IPv4/IPv6 networks (Routers/ Switches/ Firewalls).
• Ability to Installing, Configuring & Maintenance computers (Desktop/Laptop), hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT appliances.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable. Based on skill set, experience and contribution
