Job Description / Responsibility

• Co-ordinate in financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates and recommendations on the effective operation of accounting and finance function.
• Supervise and assist in preparation & submission of various tax, VAT & IDRA-related returns and responses.
• Overseeing the coordination and activities of independent auditors and ensure that all compliance issues are met, and the preparation of the annual financial statement is in accordance with IAS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and monitor payroll and employee tax.
• Ensure proper compliance with local rules, regulations, regulators, IDRA,BB,NBR,BSEC,etc.
• Good analytical ability, a clear understanding of laws, rules, regulations & guidelines issued by the regulators from time to time.
• Ensure all recommendations appearing in various internal, external, regulatory audits. Compliance Review reports are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
