Job Responsibilities
- Conduct capacity, motion, and method studies to improve productivity.
- Perform SMV calculation, efficiency analysis, and line balancing.
- Execute line and paper layouts; reduce changeover time.
- Monitor hourly and daily production; take corrective actions.
- Identify bottlenecks, non-productive time (NPT), and lost hours; perform root cause analysis.
- Implement Lean and process excellence initiatives.
- Plan and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Update and maintain skill matrix; support operator assessment and development.
- Improve low-efficiency operators through training and motivation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of IE.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or relevant engineering discipline
- Training in Industrial Engineering / Lean will be preferred
Experience Requirements
- (3 to 5 year(s) Industrial experience in Industrial Engineering.)
- Hands-on knowledge of SMV, line balancing, productivity improvement, and Lean tools
- Experience in manufacturing / footwear / garment industry will be an advantage
