The Centre intends to recruit an experienced and talented person for the following post.

Job Description:
As an Executive at FBCCI Innovation & Research Centre, you are responsible for providing essential administrative, research, and coordination support to ensure the successful planning and execution of innovation-driven projects, workshops, and policy initiatives. You need to contribute to the development of concept notes, coordination of project activities, and communication with key stakeholders, including government bodies, development partners, and private sector organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing innovation programs, workshops, and policy dialogues under FIRC initiatives.
- Support the drafting of concept notes, MoU, official letters, meeting minutes, reports, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain project files, correspondence logs, and activity trackers to support smooth project monitoring and reporting.
- Facilitate internal communications, event scheduling, and logistics arrangements for meetings and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to various FIRC programs.
- Report to the CEO, of FBCCI IRC regularly and as instructed.
Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any disciplines along with a good CGPA from a reputed University.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin and related work. Any exposure to the innovation & Research ecosystem will be an added advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Bangla & English;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and digital documentation tools.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong drafting and formatting skills for official correspondence.
Age Limit: 30 years.
Salary and Other Benefits: Salary and other benefits are negotiable as commensurate with qualifications and experience.
