International
Affairs Official
|
- Graduate & post Graduate in
International Relation from Dhaka
University
- BBA, MBA from reputed
universities.
- CGPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
- 5-10 years working experience in
relevant sector

- Organizing Seminar, Call on,
Business meetings, Business
conclave, Forum, Summit, B2B
meetings.
- Preparing MoC, talking points,
Speech, Concept Note, presentation.
- Handle correspondences with
stakeholders like Ministries, International chamber bodies, native
chamber bodies, WTO, SAARC, ASEAN, BIMSTEC, etc.
- Manage protocol, prepare and pursue schedules and events.
- Manage various international
business delegations and Prime
Minister Delegation.
- Follow up MoU, Cooperation
Agreement with counterpart.
- Assisting in administrative and protocol pertaining to international
business delegates, Ambassadors,
Government dignitaries, on matters
of visa arrangement, briefing, receiving and seen off, hotel arrangement, meetings, etc.

3. |
|
- BBA, MBA from reputed University
- Having PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
- The applicants should have at least 2 years’ work experience.
- Age 30 to 35 years
|
- To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating with potential candidates (including Officers and Workers both).
- To prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
- To arrange written test, computer test, analytical ability test, pre-selection interview, final interview, salary negotiation and finalizing offer.
- To perform all the documentation jobs and coordinate documentation team as and when necessary.
- To perform any other activities assigned by the management.

Receptionist
|
- Graduate in any disciplines from reputed University
- Must be able to communicate in Bangla and English, both written and verbally.
- Age 24-30
|
- To attend visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
- To receive Phone calls, letters, parcels, and bills and check those documents.
- To maintain proper communication with all internal department.
- Circulate information properly as and when required.
- Other administrative responsibilities as required.
