SEARCHING FOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

FAS Finance & Investment Limited is an incorporated Public Limited Company established in 1997 under the Company Act. 1994. Primarily, the company received license from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) to act as a Merchant Bank in 1998. Subsequently obtained license from Bangladesh Bank in 2001 as a first-generation Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) under the Financial Institution Act. 1993. The company is listed with Dhaka & Chittagong Stock Exchanges, and regulated by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. It is also involved with capital market of the country through its subsidiary: “FAS Capital Management Limited”. 

FAS Finance and Investment Limited is searching for a competent, experienced, energetic and dynamic Managing Director who fulfills the following criteria:

Qualification:
Master Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance/Banking/ Economics/Business Administration from a reputed university/ institution in home or abroad.  FCMA/ FCA may be considered as an added qualification for deserving candidates.

Experience:
The deserving candidate should have extensive knowledge in Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institution Management with minimum 20 years of working experience in Banks/ Non-Banking Financial Institution which should include:

- Managing Director and/ or Chief Executive Officer. OR
- Minimum 02 (two) years of experience as AMD/DMD. (Second Tier)  

Candidates must have strong knowledge and capability of Business Development, Credit Management, Capital market operations, Recovery and related legal matters, Negotiation capabilities with different Stakeholders and leadership ability to lead the Team.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 60 years as on 31-8-2023
(Age limit is relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidate)

Salary & Allowances: Negotiable within the policy of the company and Bangladesh Bank Guidelines.
